The first think that strikes us about Mo’Nique in this photo is not her natural hair color, but how much slimmer she looks now! The comedian and Oscar-winning actress says that this is the first time in her life that she has weighed less than 200 pounds and we couldn’t be more proud of her!
Weighing as much as 412 lbs at one time, the Precious star recently lost 80 pounds in just 7 months and will continue her journey to better health. Mo’Nique says that once she fixed her broken eating habit, the rest (weights, running, yoga and playing basketball) became fun ways to see her weight in check.
